Shipping

After receipt of payment, we will send your parcel so that it usually reaches you within 1-3 working days (unless a different period is specified for the respective product). If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

For reasons of youth protection, our shipping service provider DHL will only hand over your package after an age verification (condition: over 18 years).

After we have released your parcel for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation from DHL, including a confirmation of receipt. Shipment number.

With this shipment number, you can track the status of your shipment on the DHL website and always know exactly where your package is. If you are unlikely to be home at the time of delivery, you can adjust the delivery date if necessary.

The time limit for delivery begins to run in the case of payment in advance on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the time limit. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
