The small to medium-sized berries of the currant are known by the pleasant slightly acidic aroma.

The interesting acid structure and the typical fruit flavor of the currants are responsible for the fact that the distinctive aroma is often used as a reference aroma in wine descriptions, because similar aroma structures result from the vinification of some red wine grapes.

This spirit is a wonderful representation of the currant that has become so precious to us. Delicate acid structure combined with great fruit aromas – an excellent combination.
