The homemade, fruity plum liquor made from plum juice is full-bodied/rich in taste and can be used in a variety of ways.

As an aperitif slightly chilled or refined with sparkling wine it unfolds its fruitiness.

In the winter time you can enjoy it as a warming drink with whipped cream and a pinch of cinnamon.
